The brief
Christmas week is the hardest date of the year to secure in Lapland, and the family had no fixed programme when the booking was made.
What we did
The villa was contracted in exclusive use for the full six nights. A chef cooked in the villa, a driver and a guide were on call, and each day was agreed with the family the evening before. The programme was managed end to end for a UK concierge partner.
