Elämys DMC — Finland

Bring your group to the happiest country in the world.

Cleanest air, aurora in the Arctic, the Baltic's most beautiful archipelago and a summer climate that never overheats. Elämys DMC plans and runs incentives, congress programmes and private villa stays across Finland.

What we do

We plan and run incentives for company groups in Finland.

Finland is three hours from most of Central Europe and unlike anywhere else on the continent: arctic light and silence in winter, forty thousand islands under the midnight sun in summer, and a capital where design, architecture and the sea are within walking distance. Elämys DMC is the Finnish team that turns that into a programme and runs it on site.

Why here

Why Finland.

The happiest country in the world, the cleanest air, the northern lights and a summer that stays at twenty degrees while the rest of Europe overheats. Finland's case is simple: the experiences cannot be replicated elsewhere, the country is three hours away, and the group will talk about it for years.

We act as your destination ambassador, not a room-night vendor. Every programme is built from things that exist only here – a herder's reindeer farm, a sauna on the sea ice, dinner inside snow, midnight sun at ten in the evening – and each is tied to what the programme is meant to achieve.

Only-here programmes
Local chefs, herders, boat owners and artisans, not tourist-menu suppliers.
Community, not clichés
Places and people your guests would not find on their own.
Pre-event orientation
A destination briefing for your team and your guests before anyone flies.
Co-presented with the destination bureaux
When a bid needs it, we bring the regional and city tourism offices to the table.

01

Arctic Lapland

Glass igloos, reindeer herders and aurora nights, December to March.

Rovaniemi, Levi, Ylläs and Saariselkä. Glass-igloo villages, reindeer farms, ice swimming and dinners inside snow venues. We verify capacity across several properties, so groups of 200 can be split without queues.

Archipelago & Nightless Nights

Forty thousand islands and midnight sun, June to August.

Wooden boats between granite islands, sea saunas late at night, and dinner in daylight. From the Helsinki outer islands to the Åland skerries.

03

Helsinki

A compact capital: design, architecture and the sea within walking distance.

Design, architecture and the Baltic within walking distance. Museum galas, harbour arrivals, sauna programmes and restaurants that take private groups. Short distances keep schedules on time.

04

Private Fell Villas

For private clients and small leadership groups: one villa, one party, nothing shared.

Log villas on the Levi fells with sauna, outdoor jacuzzi and panoramic windows, held exclusively. A private chef, a driver and guides who come to the door. Programmes for two to twelve guests, from a family aurora week to a three-day board retreat.

Sporting championships, congresses and cultural events bring international guests to Finland every year.
