MICE & Events
Finland for incentives, congresses and executive groups.
Aurora nights, archipelago summers and a design capital three hours from Central Europe. One Finnish team plans and runs the programme.
Who we work with
Whoever you are planning for, we plan with you.
Different clients need different things from us. This is what each can expect.
Corporate planners
In-house teams running several events a year.
One project manager from brief to departure, supplier terms you can audit, and reporting on spend and sustainability afterwards.
Incentive houses & agencies
Agencies placing programmes for their own clients.
A live programme page you can present as part of your pitch, destination material for your team, and one senior contact who answers the same day.
Associations & PCOs
Congress organisers with long lead times and formal bids.
Venue holds with written terms, delegate and capacity plans, and side- and partner-programme options in a form your committee can approve.
Travel designers & private clients
Families, couples and small private parties.
A personal itinerary page, a private villa with chef and driver, and a plan that leaves room for the weather and the northern lights.
See the villa programmeLarge groups
100 – 200+ guests across several properties.
Finland's best arctic properties are small. Instead of forcing a large group into one site, we use multi-property rotation: two or three bases and pods that swap, so no module is repeated.
Availability is verified with each property before we write the proposal. If the week cannot be held, we say so and propose one that can.

International events in Finland
When the world comes to Finland, we handle the travel.
Sporting championships, congresses and cultural events bring international guests to Finland every year. We build the travel around them: accommodation blocks, VIP and hospitality products, transfers and side programmes for companies, delegations, teams and individual visitors. How we work
- Dedicated MICE expertise
- Everyone on the team has run congresses, incentives and corporate programmes. There is no leisure desk answering your enquiry.
- Senior people, on site
- The person who designs your programme is there while it runs. No handover to an operations desk.
- Verified capacity
- For 100–200+ guests we plan multi-property rotation and confirm availability before writing the proposal. If a week cannot be held, we say so.
- Sustainability in practice
- We work to the Travelife framework across operations and supplier choices, and state what is still in progress.
Part of Elämys Group
A Finnish travel group behind a boutique DMC.
Elämys DMC is the destination management arm of Elämys Group, a Finnish travel group founded in 1990. The group serves consumer and corporate clients across every part of travel, from business travel and group travel to sports travel, cruises and event organisation, with offices in Helsinki, Tampere, Malmö and Oslo.
Among the organisations that rely on the group's work are the Finnish Olympic Team, the national football and basketball teams, and hundreds of Finnish companies whose travel and events the group handles every year. For a DMC client this means financial stability, group-level purchasing with airlines and hotels, and back-office capacity for large delegations.

Programme ideas
Starting points we have built before.
Each tile is a programme shape we have run. Open one to see the modules behind it.
Before you write the brief
The facts you will need.
What we need from you
Group size, month, budget bracket per guest and the objective. Four lines are enough for a first shape; anything more is a bonus.
What comes back
A live programme page — usually within one working day for a shape, five to ten working days for a costed proposal with verified availability.
Lead times
Arctic winter weeks: 9–14 months for 100+ guests. Summer archipelago: 4–8 months. Executive visits: from 6 weeks when the calendar allows.
How capacity is verified
We hold options with each property before the proposal is written. If the week cannot be held, we say so and offer the week that can.
Reporting
Post-programme reporting on spend, supplier mix and sustainability measures against the Travelife framework, on request at briefing stage.
