A fell lodge of sixteen suites and eight glass igloos taken in exclusive use for twenty-five guests. Two half-day meetings ran in the lodge restaurant, with an ice driving afternoon between them.

The brief
An advisory board of senior clients where the venue formed part of the invitation, and sharing the property with another group was not acceptable.
What we did
The whole lodge was contracted for the group, which removed every transfer between rooms, meeting space and dining. Meetings were held in the restaurant space with daylight and fell views. The single group activity was placed between the two meeting halves.
