Incentive across two capitals

Helsinki & Tallinn · Large-scale incentive · 5 nights · Summer · 2026

The brief

Eighty-four single rooms in two countries, a ferry crossing in the middle of the programme and Spanish as the working language throughout.

What we did

Two coaches moved as a pair for the whole programme and were driven on board the ferry, so the group never changed vehicle. Two Spanish-speaking tour leaders worked every day, with two additional guides for the national park day. Every dinner venue was taken in private use with minimum spend agreed in advance.

From the programme

Two coaches drove on board the ferry. Nobody changed vehicle for five days.
