Seventeen guests at a lakeside resort two hours from Helsinki Airport, meeting and sleeping in the same villa. Snowmobiles in the afternoon, private sauna and spa use, and dinner cooked over open fire in a hunting lodge.

The brief
A two-day kick-off with a requirement that the meeting, the accommodation and the evening all happen in one place, within one Finnish winter day.
What we did
One villa was taken as a unit for the meeting and for thirteen of the guests, with a second villa for the remaining four. The afternoon combined a snowmobile safari with test drives on a field track, followed by two hours of private sauna and spa use and dinner in the hunting lodge.

Day 1
Meet, ride, sauna, feast
- — Private transfer from Helsinki, 2h
- — Arrival coffee, filled sandwiches and berry smoothie
- — Meeting at Villa Aurum — fibre internet, projector, flip chart
- — Buffet lunch at the resort main building
- — Snowmobile mini-safari 10 km plus racing-snowmobile test drives, approx. 2h, driving gear included
- — Aisti Sauna & Spa, two hours private use
- — Salmon over open fire and dinner at the Hunting Lodge

Close & fly
